We have a partnership with two solicitors:

Machins Solicitors LLP, who can provide legal advice covering all aspects of family law arising from a breakdown in marriage, co-habitation or same sex civil partnership relationships.

The advice can be in relation to children, finances, domestic abuse or the separation/divorce process itself.

Advice is also available in relation to Co-Habitation Agreements, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements. Follow up appointments can be held locally by arrangement or at their offices in Luton, Hemel Hempstead or Berkhamsted.

Hunter and Uro Family Law Solicitors,  giving practical legal advice for all matters of divorce and separation, matrimonial finances – including private businesses and pensions, together with all private law children issues, concerning disputes over contact, schooling selection and medical treatment.

Advice also deals with all other aspects of family law matters, including prenuptial agreements, separation agreements and disputes concerning cohabiting couples. Follow up appointments can be via the phone.
